Read a simplified explanation of the Electronic Transactions Act, the E-Business Act, and the ammendments to the International Companies and the Companies Act.

The Electronic Transactions Act of 2000 requires a code of practice for e-commerce and e-business service providers. Review and comment on a draft sample code of practice. Please read the code and send any comments to editor@ebusiness-incorporated.com
